Reviews for Surftech Channel Islands Water Hog Surfboard (Misc.) Just got this board and it has an extraordinarily nice really feel. It is gentle (I simply transitioned from a Sunset tender board) so it's a lot gentleer than what I am used to. Because it is this sort of gentle board I can maneuver much better cutbacks than I used to and I appear to seize waves more straightforward than sooner than. I actually have been going to the surf save nearly per week gazing this board unless at some point I stated what the hell, lifestyles is short, get the perfect. Glad I did, I at last have a Channel Islands board and it's an superior one.

My only gripe is it is a really light board. This in some people's thoughts is a bonus, nevertheless it makes paddling a little bit laborious since the board doesn't "float" as well as my Sunset tender board. In retrospect, for my weight, I will have to have boughtten the 7'10 instead of the 7'2.
